From idea to time away

We work through the choices with you and help keep the moving pieces together.

  1. Tell us about your trip.

    Start with what you know: your group, timing, destination ideas, golf priorities, other interests, or budget considerations.

    You don’t need to have everything figured out.

  2. Let’s talk.

    After your inquiry, we follow up by email or your preferred contact method to arrange a free consultation. We’ll talk about your group, what matters, what’s decided, and what’s still open.

    A conversation to understand the trip you have in mind.

  3. Review the proposal.

    After the consultation, we share a proposed initial direction for your trip. We can refine that direction together before you decide to proceed.

    An inquiry or consultation doesn’t start paid planning or bookings.

  4. Put the Gopher to work.

    Once we agree on the initial direction and you’ve paid the planning fee, your personalized planning engagement begins.

    The planning fee starts the agreed planning work.

  5. We plan and coordinate.

    Depending on the agreed trip, we help research destinations and golf, shape the itinerary, and coordinate accommodations, transportation, dining, activities, reservations, group logistics, and payment or deadline organization.

    A separate Gopher Trips booking fee may apply when we handle certain reservations. Where applicable, you can book and pay directly yourself, with us coordinating the details, and avoid the corresponding Gopher Trips booking fee.

    Vendor prices, deposits, cancellation terms, and vendor fees are separate from Gopher Trips fees.

  6. Enjoy the trip.

    Our role doesn’t have to end with the itinerary. We help coordinate the agreed experience through the trip’s completion, so you can focus on the time away and the people coming with you.
